Reflection on Work Placement

As my time in the Fellows program comes to a close, I’ve had the chance to reflect on how truly grateful I am for my experience at Turner Design Build. What started as a nerve-racking transition has turned into one of the most fulfilling seasons of my life. I’ve grown tremendously in both confidence and skill, and the team at Turner has continued to feel more like family than coworkers. I'm excited to share that I’ll be continuing with Turner full-time as an Assistant Project Manager after the program ends. This opportunity feels like such a gift from the Lord, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds!
